CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND GENERAL COUNSEL
With a law degree from Duke University and an economics degree from Indiana University, Andrew Marsh had a varied career before joining BPI.
At Bookkeeping Plus, Andrew wears many hats in addition to serving as in-house counsel: operations, communications, public relations, and information systems. He discovered a love of accounting in high school, he says, “back when you did your books on wide paper ledgers and no one had yet heard of personal computers.”
In the 2000's, he practiced workers’ compensation law in Boise, Idaho. Andrew also authored What You Need to Know After a Workplace Injury, which was the first guidebook of its type and was offered free to workers.
An Indiana native, Andrew’s first legal job was operating the Student Legal Services office at Ball State University. He resided in Branson, Missouri, in the 1990’s where he used his legal and business expertise to manage live theatre and also wrote and produced entertainment. Over the years he has also provided consulting services in the areas of small business management and business planning.
Andrew lives in Greenfield with his wife, Beth Marsh.
